Normalized Violence II
It's back! Another unrestrained batch of extra strength violence for the palette. Technically it's Hot Salt but it's really not for everyone so I only made a few.
The Story
I made the first batch of this stuff for Sergio and his dad. They’re part of the 1% of people that like it really hot. Some of you wanted me to make more so here it is! Most people are happy with Three Kings Hot Salt. Some People need the Hotter Stuff, even fewer step to the Apocalypto and Snake Eater. For those that think of pain as a flavor and self sacrifice as par for the course, I present Normalized Violence. Like the first batch, this one was made with Ghost, Scorpion, Reaper (all powdered and crushed) and some powdered pepper that’s so hot I’m not able to name it. To keep things interesting and improve on the original, I added some coarse Ghost, Scorpion, Reaper for that satisfying texture that kicks. I think I have enough in this batch to make 25 of these.

The Peppers
No Scoville rating on the finished salt. The heat comes from these peppers, meticulously extracted, blended and tempered in our proprietary infusion:
Ghost Pepper
1,040,000+ SHU of robust, fruity heat that spreads quickly then rests evenly on the palette, accentuating flavors and textures while incinerating tension away into the ether.
Scorpion Pepper
1,800,000+ SHU of sweet, earthy flavor with saturated depth, and a swelling, relentless sting that builds steadily, then smolders and chars throughout the body, bringing agony induced euphoria.
Reaper Pepper
2,200,000+ SHU of pungent floral aroma strikes immediately and drives stabbing, sharp heat to its violent peak intensity in an instant and then quietly tapers into a crucible of delirium.
