This easy air fryer french fry recipe will complete any main course and is easy to complete in 45 minutes or less.


  • Russet Potato
  • Olive Oil
  • Firecracker Farm Three Kings


  1. Set the Air Fryer for 400° F
  2. Cut your french fries into thin strips (roughly .25inch - .4inch), optional (but preferred) to use a Crinkle Cutter (like this one on Amazon for $4.99)
  3. Add the fresh cut fries to a bowl of ice water to soak for at least 20-30 minutes while the Air Fryer finishes warming up
  4. Remove the fries from the ice water and pat dry
  5. In a small bowl, generously coat the fries in olive oil and Firecracker Farm Hot Salt
  6. Evenly distribute the fries in a single layer in the air fryer, and cook on 400° F for 12-15 minutes
  7. Flip / Shake the Fries and Continue cooking for another 10-12 minutes until desired crisp is achieved
  8. Remove from Air Fryer and add another coat of Firecracker Farm Hot salt to finish
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
