Start with…

Ingredients:

Bacon and Egg Spicy Carbonara Pasta
  • 2 Slices Of Bacon
  • 2 Eggs (Reserve 1 Yolk)
  • Parsley Or Cilantro For Garnish
  • 2 To 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • Hot Salt

Directions:

  1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl reserving one egg white in a separate dish.
  2. Mix the eggs with the Parmesan and set aside.
  3. Start the pasta
  4. Chop the bacon and brown in a frying pan.
  5. Cook the pasta per package instructions reserving a bit of pasta water.
  6. When the pasta is ready toss the noodles in with the bacon and cheese mixture and remove from the heat.
  7. Slowly stir in the pasta water until you get the sauce to your desired consistency.
  8. Season with HOT SALT and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with the parsley or cilantro and top it with the reserved egg yolk.
  10. Finish the entire plate with another sprinkle of HOT SALT.
