Country Gravy Breakfast Pizza
  • Pizza Dough
  • 4 Eggs
  • 15/20 Tater Tots
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 4 /6 Strips Of Bacon
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk Or Cream
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • Corn Meal
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Hot Salt


  1. If you are using a ready made dough, sprinkle a bit of cornmeal on a pizza stone or cookie sheet and spread out your dough. Poke a few holes with a fork and par bake per package instructions.

  2. The tater tots need to be par-cooked as well so start them on a separate cookie sheet in the oven with your dough.

(you will need a final cooking time of 12 to 15 minutes so just subtract that time from the total cook time of the tots and dough to see how long you will need to par-bake)

  1. While the dough and tots are cooking start your country gravy.
  2. Chop the bacon into bite size pieces and brown in a large skillet.
  3. Remove the bacon and stir in your flour. Allow it to cook on med for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly stir in your milk or cream then season with our HOT SALT and black pepper.
  5. Your pizza dough should be cooked 3/4 through. Remove from the oven and spread your bacon country gravy as the sauce.
  6. Add your favorite shredded cheese.
  7. Arrange the tots around your pizza leaving room for your eggs.
  8. Crack your eggs onto the pizza then return to the oven at 350° for about 12 minutes until they set.
  9. Remove from the oven and top with the bacon and chopped green onions.
  10. Finally add a sprinkle of our HOT SALT to finish the pizza.
