Ingredients:

Orange and Coconut Salmon Sashimi Crudo
  • Sushi Grade Salmon
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 In Ginger
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1/8 Cup Coconut Creme
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Green Onions
  • Hot Salt

Directions:

  1. Blend together the juice from one orange 1 green onion, a few sprigs of cilantro, the sesame sauce, grated ginger and coconut creme.
  2. Thinly slice the salmon and arrange on a plate.
  3. Drizzle the sauce over the salmon.
  4. Garnish with orange zest and thin slices of jalapeno. (one slice per bite)
  5. Season the entire plate with HOT SALT.
