Start with…
Ingredients:
- Sushi Grade Salmon
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 In Ginger
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1/8 Cup Coconut Creme
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- Green Onions
- Hot Salt
Directions:
- Blend together the juice from one orange 1 green onion, a few sprigs of cilantro, the sesame sauce, grated ginger and coconut creme.
- Thinly slice the salmon and arrange on a plate.
- Drizzle the sauce over the salmon.
- Garnish with orange zest and thin slices of jalapeno. (one slice per bite)
- Season the entire plate with HOT SALT.
